Q. My corn bread crumbled when I cut into it and seems dry. What can I do?

A.

You can replace some of the water with milk. Milk will help retain moisture and also reduce the baking time.  Reduce baking time will depend on the wattage of your microwave.  Decrease every 2 minutes paying close attention to the corn bread.
