Double Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix

Unbleached Enriched Flours (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin,
Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract), Cocoa Processed with
Alkali, Palm Oil, Canola Oil (Rosemary Extract and Ascorbic Acid to Preserve
Freshness), Buttermilk, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate,
Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Coffee Powder, Sunflower Oil,
Cellulose Gum, Pea Protein, Sunflower Lecithin.
CONTAINS: Wheat, Milk. This product is prepared and packaged using equipment that
may come in contact with Eggs, Soy, Tree Nuts (Pecans, Coconut, Almonds), Sesame.

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners, or coat with non-stick spray.

In bowl, add water to mix and stir gently until water is absorbed and there are no traces of dry mix.

Scoop batter evenly into muffin cups.

Bake 14-16 minutes, or until a muffin springs back when lightly touched or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let muffins cool 2 minutes, then remove to cooling rack.

Do not eat raw batter.
